We developed a mobile application for the DF-platform crowdfunding platform , which helps startups to raise funds for their projects, and investors to search for innovative and promising projects around the world.
Goals and tasks of our team
- Create a UI/UX that matches the company's corporate style.
- On the basis of the existing backend, develop a cross-platform mobile application for IOS/Android.
- Integrate the program into the admin panel.
- Test the finished product and deploy it on the App Store/Play Market.
Features of the project
The idea of using a single server part for the mobile application and the site belonged to our team. After analyzing the client's request, we came to the conclusion that this approach will provide many advantages:
- It will simplify interaction with the platform, as users will be able to use a single personal account to work with the site and the program.
- Simplify moderation - the client will be able to manage all digital products in one admin panel.

The mobile application was developed by a team of six people, which included frontend and backend programmers, designers, designers and a Project Manager. The entire production process consisted of six consecutive stages:
- Data collection and analysis of client requirements.
- Designing a mobile application according to an already existing web platform.
- UI/UX development.
- Technical implementation.
- Testing.
- Product release and publication in application markets.
Technologies
We built the client part of the application on the cross-platform Flutter framework, which uses a single codebase to support IOS and Android. This helped to create a functional and responsive interface for both operating systems at the optimal cost of the budget.
Python programming language and Rest API were used to finalize the backend.
Functionality of the DF-platform program
The DF-platform mobile application is equipped with innovative functionality that gives users the following opportunities:
- Personal office. To work on the platform, the user needs to create a personal account that can be edited and customized at his discretion.
- Search for investment projects . DF-platform provides a list of verified businesses and startups that have undergone administration moderation. You can invest in any of them in a few clicks thanks to the integration of the program with cryptocurrency wallets. A link to completed transactions is automatically sent to the administration for review.
- Instant calculator . The app's built-in calculator helps users predict their income and calculate the investment amount.
- Investment monitoring. With the help of the mobile application, the user can monitor the projects in which he has invested, as well as track the statistics of his own startups placed on the platform.
- Channel for communication. All discussions of projects and interaction in the DF-platform ecosystem are carried out via Telegram. A separate community is created for each startup, where investors can ask questions to its founders and communicate with each other. The link to the group is fixed in the description of the company.
Features of the admin panel
For the administration and moderation of the DF-platform, we have created a comfortable admin panel with an individual design, in which you can:
- View information about users, their investments and votes.
- Monitor and analyze the database of registered projects.
- Manage projects in the listing and change their status.
- Conduct mass mailings to investors and startup founders.
- Check the payment link.
