SpiritsUp is an Austrian company specializing in wholesale trade of alcoholic beverages. Its portfolio includes more than 300 business partners and exclusive offers for bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs.
The AVADA MEDIA team developed and implemented a reliable CRM system with advanced functionality for SpiritsUp, which facilitates the standardization and automation of internal business processes, as well as accounting.
Project objectives
Before we started developing, we conducted a thorough analysis of SpiritsUp's business processes and accounting data. Based on the information we received, we formed 5 key project goals:
- Automation and standardization of internal business processes to minimize manual operations and reduce the number of errors.
- Implementation of a reliable system for accounting of goods and inventory management, to optimize purchases and control of warehouse balances.
- Development of tools for effective management of financial and accounting processes, including calculation of tax rates.
- Increasing business transparency by implementing tools for collecting and presenting analytical data in real time.
- Creation of functionality for document exchange and management, which will help simplify the work of employees and speed up information processing.
What work was done
After the goals were defined and agreed upon with the client, the AVADA MEDIA team designed a reliable architecture for the future project, compiled a carefully thought-out technical task and began the technical implementation of the CRM system. Here are the main works that were performed during the development:
- Organization of the company structure in CRM. Segmented the employee base and set access levels to CRM in accordance with their roles, which ensured convenient and secure data management.
- Development of a module for parsing price lists. Implemented functionality for automatic receipt and processing of price lists from various suppliers. This allowed to significantly reduce the time for manual data entry and reduce the likelihood of errors.
- Inventory management and sales accounting . We developed reliable tools for accurate inventory control, balance control and sales analysis, which helped SpiritsUp optimize and digitalize its turnover.
- Implementation of analytical tools . To monitor the company's key performance indicators, a metrics system was implemented, allowing for customization of analytical reports by various parameters and periods.
- Optimization of document flow. We implemented a module for quick creation, exchange and management of documents in the CRM system interface, which accelerated work with the company's internal and external documentation, and also reduced the likelihood of errors.
- Warehouse management . We developed a module for inventory and product accounting, which allowed us to increase the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations.
- Accounting optimization . We created and integrated a module for optimizing the company's financial processes and calculating tax rates, which reduced the operational burden on the accounting department.
Result
Using a CRM system in wholesale trade is strategically important for optimizing business processes. AVADA MEDIA has developed a convenient and functional solution for SpiritsUp that perfectly meets the client's requirements. The system integrates with the web platform, automatically loading and processing data, which ensures effective management of resources, inventory control and accounting. Correctly setting tax rates has a direct impact on the success of the company.
Thanks to the multi-level reporting system, the client received transparent access to the financial indicators, profits and results of the company's work for different time periods.
