Yacht Band is an international organizer of sea tours. An important part of the company's activity is the selection of yachts for clients, taking into account dozens of different parameters: type of vessel, price, size, year of construction, number of cabins and many others.
Manually processing each such request takes a lot of time and resources. Therefore, representatives of the charter agency approached us with the idea of creating a comfortable and intuitive Telegram bot - @Yacht_spain_bot, which will provide clients with all the necessary information about the vessels and reduce the operational burden on the staff.
Challenges and solutions
The Yacht Band park already has more than 90 different ships and is constantly replenished. Therefore, in addition to the technical implementation of the Telegram bot itself, we needed to provide opportunities for quick and convenient content updates so that users always receive fresh and up-to-date information. To solve this task, we offered the customer to develop and implement a convenient admin panel.

How was the development
We involved a team of 5 engineers in the technical implementation of the project: the bot and the admin panel. The development process itself took place in stages and consisted of seven consecutive steps:
- Analysis of the client's request and collection of information.
- Preparation of technical documentation
- Design of interfaces and functionality taking into account scalability.
- Development of attractive and user-friendly UI design.
- Technical development of the client and server part.
- Deployment on the Telegram platform.
- Bot and admin panel testing.
Bot capabilities for customers
@Yacht_spain_bot operates completely autonomously, and allows users to choose the perfect vessel for their trip at any time, without having to wait for a manager's response. If additional questions arise, the client can always contact a Yacht Band employee directly without leaving the chatbot.
For the convenience of users, we have developed and implemented a step-by-step process of vessel selection:
- Choosing the type of yacht - sailing or motor.
- Selection of the number of people and the planned date of travel.
- Location selection.
After specifying all data, the user is provided with a list of all vessels that meet the specified parameters, with photos and a detailed description of each of them. To make a reservation, the client simply clicks on the "Rent" button, after which the application is automatically sent to the manager of the charter agency, who clarifies the data and confirms the agreement.
Thus, Yacht Band employees participate only in the final stage of lead processing, and all routine work is performed by the Telegram bot.
Features of the admin panel
The admin panel is integrated with @Yacht_spain_bot and performs a number of important functions:
- Allows you to quickly update data in the bot: add new vessels, change their availability for rent, specify the price and upload a photo.
- Provides tools for processing client requests.
- Monitors bot usage statistics in real time.
Result
The AVADA MEDIA team successfully developed a Telegram bot for the international organizer of sea tours, Yacht Band, which automates the routine processes of selecting ships and frees up the time of the company's employees to solve more important tasks.
We also made sure that managing the bot was comfortable on the business side as well — for this, we designed and developed an admin panel equipped with all the necessary functionality.
